PLAYGROUND!

PLAYGROUND! is a movement-based performance by the Student Theatre of Lapland. It explores themes such as games, playing, playfulness, collaboration and cooperation and scientific research. The performance is part of Taru Kallio’s Master’s thesis and it’s themes are based on The theory of Play by Roger Caillois, in which play is divided into four categories: Competition, Chance, Role-play and Vertigo. Also suitable for non-finnish speakers. Free admission, cafe is open.
