After an hour-long dance workshop, Joonas Hauveli’s concert at the Lähdelampi laavu at 13.00. Spreading the gospel of Finnish reggae, the soft and fluffy Joonas Hauveli’s mellow and warm sound has gained popularity all over Finland. Hauveli, aka Joonas Kytömaa, lroams across the cultural landscape of the north, guided by the same spirituality as his roots music forebears, blues country and reggae. The Finnish language resonates poetically in the gentle singing and presence of a strong interpreter. Now you can enjoy Joonas Hauveli’s music at a low threshold, in an intimate laavu setting by the fire.
Bring your own lunch and come and enjoy a forest day and culture.
The same excursion can be combined with a visit to the Harvest Market, where a shuttle bus service is provided from Rovaniemi city centre. The walk from the museum to the laavu is about 1,5km.
