Taru Kallio’s two different dance films take the viewer to different worlds. Valse Triste (2021) transports the viewer to the national landscape of Hämeenlinna’s Aulango, accompanied by the music of Jean Sibelius, while HUMANOID (2023) introduces the viewer to the embodied question of the limits of humanity.
