The experience of art and yoga is personal for everyone, a dive into the inner world. However, this art + yoga workshop is not about diving into deep waters, but about finding the inner child in all of us. Let’s strengthen joy and playfulness and bring light into the darkening autumn.
On the Night of the Arts, the walls of Heishala will be filled with the art of Mari Elina Tuisku. The workshops will explore one work at a time. First the artist presents the work, then the themes of the work are explored through yoga guided by Heisa.
